Delete Your Account

Use this page to request deletion of your ISP Billing account and associated data.

Account deletion request

ISP Billing & Management allows tenant/business users to create an account. If you want your app account and associated data deleted, please send a deletion request to our support team.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Email us from your registered business/admin email or phone-linked contact.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my ISP Billing account.
  3. Include your business name, registered phone number, login user ID, and a short confirmation that you want the account deleted.

For security, we may verify that the request is coming from the account owner or an authorized tenant admin before deleting the account.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with the tenant/business account, including:

Data We May Retain

Some data may be retained for a limited period when required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup recovery, or regulatory reasons. Retained data is kept only for the necessary purpose and is not used to provide active app access after the account is deleted.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification is needed, we may contact you before completing deletion.

Delete Only Specific Data

If you do not want to delete the full account but want certain customer, employee, support, or billing data removed, email the same support address and clearly mention what data you want deleted.
