This Privacy Policy explains how ISP Billing & Management ("ISP Billing", "we", "our", or "the app") handles information when ISP business owners, employees, and support users use the app and related web services.
Information We Collect
- Business account details such as business name, login user ID, phone number, plan or trial status, and account settings.
- Customer records entered by the ISP, including name, phone number, address or area, Google Maps link or location details, package, billing amount, opening balance, payment history, due balance, notes, badges, GSTIN when enabled, and installation details such as router, MAC, user ID, and signal strength.
- Employee records such as employee name, login details, assigned collections, attendance, payroll or ledger entries, and work activity created inside the app.
- Billing and document data, including sale invoices, payment-in receipts, statements, invoice numbers, GST billing details, QR/signature settings, and PDF settings.
- Ground alert and support data, including issue notes, assigned employee, status updates, completion notes, timestamps, location links, compressed photos uploaded for work proof, and support/community messages.
- Backup and import data, including Excel backup files generated by the app, backup email address, backup schedule, and bulk customer import files uploaded by authorized tenants.
- Device and technical information needed to run the app, such as session tokens, offline sync data stored on the device, browser/app environment, basic logs, and security/audit records.
How We Use Information
- To provide customer billing, collection tracking, reminders, statements, receipts, reports, and business analytics.
- To manage tenant accounts, trials, plans, employees, permissions, and support requests.
- To generate PDFs, Excel backups, email backups, and bulk customer import/export templates.
- To support offline use and sync changes back to the server when the device is online again.
- To improve reliability, prevent unauthorized access, investigate errors, and protect tenant data.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only in these limited cases:
- Within the tenant account, based on app roles such as owner/admin and employee.
- With service providers that help run the app, such as hosting, database, email delivery, backup, or support infrastructure.
- When a tenant chooses to open external apps or services, such as phone dialer, maps, WhatsApp, email, PDF viewer, or file sharing tools.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, security, and safety.
External Apps
ISP Billing may open WhatsApp, phone calls, map navigation, email, file viewer, or share dialogs using apps installed on the user's device. Those external apps are controlled by their own privacy policies. Direct WhatsApp Business API messaging is not active unless a tenant separately requests and configures that integration.
Offline Data
To support field work in low-network areas, the app may store a local copy of relevant business data and pending changes on the user's device. When internet returns, queued changes may sync to the server. Users should keep their device secure because offline data may remain available on that device until logout, cache clearing, or app data removal.
Photos and File Uploads
Where image upload is available, uploaded images may be compressed before upload to reduce storage and bandwidth. Images are used for the related support, ground alert, or chat purpose. Tenants and users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive documents or photos.
Data Retention and Deletion
Business, customer, employee, billing, backup, and support records are retained while the tenant account is active or as needed to provide the service. Tenant admins may delete certain customer, transaction, alert, or uploaded records from the app where deletion tools are available. To request account-level data deletion, contact us using the details below.
To request account deletion, visit Delete Your Account.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS, login authentication, role-based access, and tenant separation to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should use strong passwords and restrict employee access to trusted staff only.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for business use by ISP owners, staff, and authorized users. It is not intended for children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page with the updated date.
